The training of internal leader coaches allow to speed up the process of cultural change, exponentially multiplying conscious learning. It was precisely that passion for my work and my concern that others give the best of themselves with passion, that made my boss, CEO of a German company, tell me one day: “Your office is always with someone sharing their problems… You should be a coach”.

So, with 20 years of experience in companies, I decided to train as an organizational, professional ontological coach, specialized in Enneagram and thus be able to awaken in others that passion for what they do, so that they can achieve everything they set out to do, being happy.

And since I like to do everything accompanied by passionate people, I created Mind Your Gap to work as a team, according to the coaching and training specialties that companies would need in order to achieve extraordinary results with their passionate people.

Because living passionately, for me, is the only way to live.
