Training of Coaches inside the organization
LCP (Leader Coaches Program) was born as a need for companies to exponentially multiply their leaders´ coaching skills within the organizations.
Its main objective is to train the leaders of the organization with the methodology of a coaching conversation and acquire the necessary skills so that they can themselves be LEADER COACHES of their teams.
Applied Training
The program consists of 5 modules, with professional coaches observed training sessions to ensure the quality of the coach leader evolution. They must approve a final observation conversation to obtain the in-house program certification. It is for internal use only, not being professionally qualified to use this coaching certificate outside the organization.
The program’s target audience is: leaders with people in charge, C levels, managers, and the Human Resources staff.
